Prior to undertaking any assignment, our firm and the client will agree on the specific assignment, client expectations, duty requirements, and an appropriate fee. The MPM Group, Inc. agrees to five (5) year "No-Compete Agreements" with all clients.
[The client will acknowledge that any foreign assignment will adhere to all applicable US federal statutes and will be paid by "Direct Deposit" to the MPM Group's US based financial institution. At the completion The MPM Group's corporate account will provide the requisite FEIN for our client's tax records]
